Reflect

We are nearly two years into a pandemic. I may fret more now than I ever have in my life. I have fretted about the idea of getting sick. I have fretted about the idea of getting someone else sick. I have fretted about how long we were away from regular worship at church. I have fretted about getting a vaccine and I have fretted about not getting the vaccine. I have had so many concerns and worries, and have come to the realization that I can only control myself.

What are you worried about today? Is there anything you can do about it? If so, do your part to make a positive change. If not, fret not and trust God to see you through the situation. It is very difficult not to worry, but we must realize that there is only so much that we can do as individuals. This doesn’t mean don’t care, it just means that we can trust God to do the things that we can’t.
