Patricia Ann Parsons Tipton, 85, formerly of Chuckey, Tennessee, died January 12, 2023. She loved music and played the piano and organ while serving as music director and pianist at Pleasant Vale Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Presbytery of East Tennessee) in Chuckey.
