Jimmy Finnell, 81, of Paducah, Kentucky, died January 12, 2022. He was a long time member of Highland Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Covenant Presbytery) in Paducah. He served as an elder, a member of the cemetery committee, and various other church committees and boards.
