Trinity Presbytery is preparing to dispose of the Daingerfield CPC Property.
If you are interested in any of the following items, contact Rev. James Cantey at JamesCantey55@gmail.com
Great Deal on a Piano: Trinity Presbytery has a piano from the Daingerfield Church and is looking for a congregation interested in it. I think it is a Diapason 125 model, upright. This is a Japanese made piano, manufactured by Kawai, in black high gloss. It is in pristine condition and has the matching bench. I don’t know anything about pianos, but information on the Internet describe it as for professionals and serious piano students. It is found in schools and churches. Someone who played it recently told me it is a very good piano. I’ve seen similar pianos for sale from $3,000 to $10,000, but I personally have no idea what it is worth. It must be removed from the Daingerfield Church in the next three weeks. After that date it will be sold with the church. I’ll be glad to meet you there and help load it. (Transporting and unloading is up to you.)
Communion Set: we also have a communion set from the church. It is aluminum with three trays and two bread plates. It is offered free to a church that will give it a good home. It is in good condition, but not pristine and needs cleaning. There is also another communion set which is very heavy and in need of professional cleaning and polishing. It is nickel in color.
Church Pews: If anyone is interested, there are a few of the old pews available, possibly from when the church was built around 1906. These are simple pine pews, with slat seats and backs. Most are long, about 10 feet, but there are a few about 6 feet (just guessing). These also must be removed from the church within the next three weeks.
