Cumberland Presbyterian Resource Distribution (AKA Cumberland Presbyterian Resources; Cumberland Bookstore) is operated as a ministry of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church through the Ministry Council and supervised by the Discipleship Ministry Team.

Return Policy

In general, items may be returned in “new” resellable condition within 30 days of the initial order. Special order items my not be returned under any circumstances. Items listed in the “Bargain Books” category may not be returned. Account credits are issued for physical materials only, postage and handling are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage unless prior arrangements have been made with Cumberland Presbyterian Resources. Standing order customers may return curriculum only until the second Sunday of the month in which the curriculum starts. Although return authorizations are not necessary please contact us prior to sending anything back.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Dates

Orders are usually shipped within a business day of being processed. Please keep in mind, however, that Cumberland Presbyterian Resources is the responsibility of just one staff person who also has other responsibilities as part of their job description. On occasion, other responsibilities can delay order processing. Most of our customers can expect delivery within a week of placing their order. Cumberland Presbyterian Resources ships primarily by the United States Postal Service. Small packets are sent by First Class mail or Priority Mail. Larger orders are sent by Media Mail, Parcel Post, or UPS Ground depending on which method is most economical. All packages are assigned a tracking number for their respective carrier. Customers are always free to upgrade their shipping options provided they also agree to pay the increased fees involved. For standard shipping the charge is a minimum of US $4.95 or 10% of the order total to a maximum charge of US $35.00. Items that are drop-shipped are charged at cost. International rates are determined at the time of order.
