Encounter Adult Quarterly – Large Print

Remember, we will be testing a large print version of Encounter in the March/April/May quarter. If you want to switch all or part of your standing order to large print time is growing short! Large print student books will cost $4.95. Regular print students remain $4.05.

We Need Your Tax Number!

Tennessee customers with a sales tax exemption take note, the state of Tennessee requires to keep a copy of your exemption on file. Many of you have not submitted a new exemption form in some time. We must have updated forms for all exempt customers before October 1^st, 2011, or we will be required to charge you sales tax.

2012 Yearbooks

Yes, Cumberland Presbyterian Yearbooks for 2012 are available from C P Resources. This year, however, the Office of the General Assembly is not automatically shipping complimentary copies preferring instead to stress the availability of the on-line version of the yearbook which is available at no charge and, more importantly, no additional cost to the denomination. If you prefer a printed copy and think you may qualify for a complimentary copy contact Elizabeth Vaughn in the Office of the General Assembly at 901.276.4572 extension #225 or by email. If you wish to purchase a copy they are available for $6.95 plus $3.00 shipping. Non-exempt Tennessee residents must also pay sales tax. They can be ordered online or via the order line 901.276.4581.

Invoices & Statements

In general, Cumberland Presbyterian Resources issues both invoices and statements. Invoices should be included with all orders or mailed separately for drop-shipments. Monthly statements are generated on the first Friday of every month (for the preceding month). When paying please be careful not to pay both invoices and statements. This will result in an overpayment being credited to your account. Overpayments will be refunded on request or applied to your next order.

We are always pleased to ship materials directly to churches or to anyone ordering them but please take a moment to review the addresses on your invoices and statements and determine if they are the best way to contact someone concerning your account.
