This certificate is for use when a presbytery of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church recognizes the ordination of a clergy person previously ordained by another denomination. It's a nice way to mark his or her transition from being a part of that former denomination to being a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
